Two separate theft rings spanning three Arkansas cities have been solved. The suspects are teenagers. Saturday 10 Pine Bluff teenagers were arrested in Conway for stealing cars. Then, Wednesday three Little Rock teens admitted to breaking in to about 25-cars.

A theft ring spanning two Arkansas cities, has been cracked and all of the alleged members of the network are teenagers. Monday, July 21st, Pine Bluff detectives spotted a vehicle that had been reported stolen here at Pro Audio.
